Hub gears stand out for their low maintenance and simple, very convenient operation. As it is a closed system, the gears are protected from moisture and dirt at all times. Whether the gears are correctly adjusted can be easily seen in the adjustment gear (4) with the help of the marking lines. These must be exactly opposite each other and form a straight line. If the lines are offset, the gearstick can be readjusted using the adjustment barrel on the handlebar.
