Below is a video from Riese & Muller on how to set the suspension up for your specific body weight. This is an important step to set the bike up custom for you.
Front Fork Suspension
The SAG, the amount the shocks move under the weight of your body, of an air suspension fork should be set individually at 15-20 percent. If the fork is too hard or too soft, this can be easily remedied with a shock pump.
Set Rear Shock Suspension
For perfect riding comfort, it is important that the shock absorber is adapted to the rider. Ideally, the SAG, the amount the shocks move under the weight of your body, should be 15-20 percent. Here you can see how to check and, if necessary, adjust the settings on your bike with air suspension.
