A: Please don’t panic and know that we are going to help get this resolved. If your eBike has paint damage upon receipt, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the extent of the damage. We will work with you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience, and please know that we will work with you to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. We have a variety of solutions available to resolve paint damage, and we are confident we will be able to work through things with you.
