What’s included with a standard tune-up?

Standard (Class 2) Tuneup is $275 + the cost of parts when needed (est. $160)

For bikes that have seen considerable use (est. 1200-3000mi intervals or 6-12 months depending on use)

Includes:

  • Full inspection and bolt torque check
  • Brake caliper and lever adjustments, including pad resurfacing, topping off brake fluid and/or brake burping, and labor for installing new brake pads
  • Derailleur adjustments, including labor for installing basic drivetrain components (shift cables, chain, cassette, cogs, chainrings, crank arms)
  • Minor wheel truing
  • Headset, hub and bottom bracket adjustments (but not overhauls or service requiring disassembly of those bearing systems)
  • Labor for installation of grips, pedals, saddle, tire, wheels, brake levers

Does not include:

  • Major wheel truing
  • Major brake bleeds
  • Bearing systems overhauls
  • Electrical systems diagnosis and component replacements
  • Detail cleaning beyond wiping the frame
  • Installation of accessories
  • Custom fabrications and retrofits
