5-year Limited Warranty on Bike Frames
BULLS Bikes warrants to the original owner that the frame shall be free of defective materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. The original owner shall pay all labor charges connected with the repair or replacement of all parts and under no circumstances does this Limited Warranty include the cost of travel or shipment to and from BULLS Bikes USA premises. Such costs, if any, shall be borne by the original owner.
During this warranty period, Bulls Bikes USA shall repair or replace, at its sole option, the bicycle frame if it determines the frame is defective and subject to this limited warranty.
1-year Warranty on Paint and Decals
Suspension attachment points, suspension related equipment (pivot points, bushings, shock units, front suspension forks, chain stays and seat stays, fasteners, shock links)
Limited Warranty on Bicycle Components
Any other original part or component, not included above, shall be covered by the stated warranty of the original manufacturer. Bicycle components are hereby omitted. Components shall be covered by the stated warranty of the original manufacturer. Any products not specifically included above are hereby omitted.
Ebike Systems:
BOSCH: Bosch offers a warranty of 2 years or 500 charging cycles.

Conditions
- This warranty is made only to the original owner of this BULLS bicycle purchased from our website www.bullsbikesusa.com, and it shall remain in force only as long as the original owner retains ownership of the BULLS bicycle. This limited warranty is not transferable.
- This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components.
- This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, improper assembling, failure to perform maintenance, non-genuine BULLS products, malfunctions, or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, corrosion, modification, accident, or misuse (including without limitation bicycle racing, bicycle motocross, stunt bicycling, naked cycling, commercial use or rental use) of the BULLS bike.
- This limited warranty is the only express or limited warranty applicable to BULLS bikes. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited in scope and duration in accordance with this limited warranty. Bulls Bikes USA shall not be responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages suffered by any party. The foregoing statements of warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all other remedies.
GEARS: Accessories, Components, Tools, and Apparel
All other items sold through BULLS BIKES USA website have a one-year Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions, or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or misuse of the product.
NOTE: This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; so, the above limitations and exclusions set forth in this limited warranty may not apply to you. This warranty only applies in the United States of America.
